Kendra - Certified Massage Therapist
Kendra grew up in the Paynesville Area and attended Paynesville Area High School as a 2010 graduate. She went on to further her education at SouthEast Technical in Winona where she received an Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy.
Kendra started at VitaLife in May of 2019 as a Certified Massage Therapist and since then has continued her passion by become a Craniosacral Expert where she loves to work with people of all ages including infants, adolescents and adults. She has a passion for getting to know her patients on an emotional level and reducing stress through her techniques.
In her free time she likes to read, travel, and spend time with her family and friends. In the summer time she likes to camp with her friends, and come winter she likes to sit down with a good book, and curl up with her favorite blanket.
Sara - Certified Massage Therapist
Sara grew up outside of Belgrade, and currently resides in Cold Spring with her husband and kids.
Sara graduated from BBE High School in 2001 and furthered her education at Everest Institution in Eagan in 2007 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. Sara is currently pursuing her Masters in Acupuncture and has a passion to get to the root cause of her clients conditions.
Sara started at VitaLife in January of 2020. Sara loves VitaLife because of the great people she works with as well as the drive she has to learn more about achieving maximum health.
Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends. In the summer time she loves to go hiking and horseback riding. She loves to travel as well, but especially come winter time so she can get away while it's cold.
